Noong 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤 23, matagumpay na isinagawa ng Quezon City Protection Center, sa pangunguna ni Ms. Janete R. Oviedo, ang isang makabuluhang Women’s Rights Awareness Session! Layunin ng aktibidad na paigtingin ang kaalaman ng mga kababaihan ukol sa kanilang mga karapatan, isulong ang gender equality, at palakasin ang kanilang boses laban sa karahasan.

Sa temang “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Buhay sa Bagong Pilipinas,” tinalakay ang mahahalagang isyu gaya ng Gender-Based Violence, mga karapatan ng kababaihan, at mga batas at serbisyong nagbibigay-proteksyon laban sa karahasan.

Ibinahagi rin ang mga libreng programa ng QC Protection Center at QC General Hospital and Medical Center para sa mga biktima ng pang-aabuso.

Ang sesyon ay naging makabuluhan at masaya sa tulong ng mga eksperto tulad nina Atty. Dario Aguila, Atty. Clara Padilla, at iba pa. Isa rin sa mga tampok na paksa ang “Mabuting Marites” na nagturo ng tamang paraan ng pagharap sa alitan at epektibong komunikasyon sa tulong ni Teacher Julius Irasga.

Ito ay isang mahalagang hakbang sa patuloy na pagtataguyod ng karapatan ng kababaihan at pagsugpo sa anumang uri ng karahasan.

Sa temang “𝘉𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘦 𝘴𝘢 𝘓𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘦𝘬𝘵𝘰𝘳, 𝘈𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘉𝘶𝘩𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘢 𝘉𝘢𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘗𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘴!”, tinalakay ang mga mahahalagang usapin tungkol sa Gender-Based Violence, karapatan ng kababaihan at ang mga batas na nagpoprotekta sa kanila mula sa iba’t-ibang uri ng karahasan.

Kasama sa talakayan ang mga libreng programa at serbisyo sa ilalim ng QC Protection Center at ng QC General Hospital and Medical Center para sa mga naging biktima ng pang-aabuso. 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 – A 𝙙𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 19 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘿𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙩 𝙄𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 participated in a benchmarking activity aimed at strengthening community support systems and best practices in governance. The presentation of programs and services took place at the HB Hall, QC General Hospital and Medical Center, serving as an opportunity for knowledge exchange and capacity building.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by 𝘔𝘴. 𝘑𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢 𝘍𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘨𝘰𝘯, who expressed enthusiasm about fostering collaboration between Dinagat Island and Quezon City. The welcoming remarks were followed by an introductory presentation by 𝘔𝘴. 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘱𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢,𝘙𝘗𝘮 who provided an overview of 𝗤𝗖𝗣𝗖’𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿-𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. Moreover, she shared insights into their programs, including medical and psychological, psychosocial support, case management, legal service, and rehabilitation efforts for survivors of gender-based violence.

It was followed by a 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝗖𝗣𝗖 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, allowing the delegates to witness firsthand how the center operates as a one-stop crisis center. As part of the visit, Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials were distributed to help the delegates integrate best practices into their local governance strategies. The benchmarking concluded with a group photo session, symbolizing the shared commitment to improving community services and protection mechanisms. This visit not only deepened the partnership between Quezon City and Dinagat Islands but also served as an inspiration for future initiatives in enhancing local governance and community-based support systems.

𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙖𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙩𝙤𝙧 and members of the 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 (𝙂𝘼𝘿) 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢, visited the QC Protection Center as part of their initiative to advance gender equality, empower their community, and improve service delivery. The 𝗤𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, headed by 𝙈𝙨. 𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙚 𝙍. 𝙊𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙙𝙤, 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧-𝙞𝙣-𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚, is one among the recognized Local Learning Hubs in Quezon City by the Philippine Commission on Women.

The visit featured a comprehensive orientation on GAD mainstreaming in Quezon City, led by 𝘔𝘴. 𝘑𝘢𝘤𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘓𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴, which emphasized the importance of gender-responsive programs. Following this, 𝘔𝘴. 𝘑𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘰, 𝘙𝘚𝘞 provided an overview of the services offered by the QC Protection Center for victim-survivor of gender-based violence, which is dedicated to providing support, safe spaces, and empowerment for vulnerable sectors of society.

After the orientation, the delegates were given a guided tour of the QC Protection Center and Bahay Kanlungan, facilitated by 𝘔𝘴. 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘶𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘱𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢, 𝘙𝘗𝘮, and 𝘔𝘴. 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘢 𝘒𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘦 𝘘𝘶𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘰, 𝘙𝘚𝘞. The tour highlighted the center's important role in providing services that promote safety, dignity, and empowerment for those in need.

By visiting the QC Protection Center, Barangay Payatas is taking important steps toward enhancing their capacity to serve their community, ensuring that gender equality is at the forefront of their efforts. Together, we continue to work towards a society where everyone—regardless of gender—has access to equal opportunities and the support they need to thrive.

The Quezon City Protection Center, spearheaded by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗥. 𝗢𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗼, 𝗠𝗣𝗔, successfully hosted a 𝟯-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗕𝗩 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗼𝗿𝘀 with the theme, “𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚" from 𝘿𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 4-6, 2024, at the 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝙃𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡, 𝘾𝙪𝙗𝙖𝙤, 𝙌𝙪𝙚𝙯𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮. The training brought together key participants, including police investigators from the District/Station Women and Children Concern Section of 16 police stations, medical and allied healthcare professionals from the Quezon City General Hospital and Medical Center, social workers from the Social Services Development Department, and multidisciplinary teams from the QC Protection Center and Bahay Kanlungan.

The event aimed to enhance the participants' skills in recognizing abuse, conducting gender-sensitive history-taking and examinations, and crafting multidisciplinary management plans. It also focused on performing gender-sensitive assessments, evaluating safety and risks, creating detailed case reports, conducting sensitive interviews, gathering evidence, and assisting with legal documentation to effectively support survivors.

A roster of esteemed resource speakers shared their expertise throughout the training. 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗥𝗼ñ𝗼, Advocacy Consultant at the QC GAD Council Office, discussed the fundamentals of gender sensitivity. 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗖. 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼-𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼, Legal Consultant at the QC GAD Council Office, provided an introduction to Gender-Based Violence (GBV). 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝘆𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲-𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗮, former president of the POGS Committee on VAW, talked about the 4Rs framework, gender-sensitive medical interviews, examinations, and court testimonies. 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘇 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗮, 𝗥𝗦𝗪, Branch Clerk of Court at the Regional Trial Court Branch 9, Manila City, highlighted the multidisciplinary team approach and facilitated a workshop on crafting social case study reports and intervention planning with the multidisciplinary team. 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮, Legal Consultant at the QC Protection Center, addressed legal and ethical considerations, while 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗥𝗣𝗺, former Legal Consultant at the QC Protection Center, guided participants in crafting accurate and court-admissible statements and affidavits. Finally, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼, 𝗥𝗣𝘀𝘆, 𝗝.𝗗., Clinical Psychologist Consultant at the QC Protection Center, discussed the distinctions between psychological, psychiatric, and psychosocial support for survivors.

This training emphasized the value of collaboration and unity in delivering holistic care to GBV survivors. By equipping participants with enhanced knowledge and skills, the QC Protection Center continues to strengthen its mission of supporting and advocating for the rights and welfare of survivors.

Isinagawa ng QC Protection Center ang isang makulay at makabuluhang 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮 noong 𝙉𝙤𝙗𝙮𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙚 16, 2024, sa SB Hall, 5th Floor, QC General Hospital and Medical Center, na may temang "𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙠 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙀𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙑𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣, 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨,” sa pangunguna ni 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗥. 𝗢𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗼, 𝗠𝗣𝗔, Officer-in-Charge ng QC Protection Center. Dinaluhan ito ng 30 batang may edad 6-12 taon kasama ang kanilang mga magulang o tagapag-alaga.

Layunin ng aktibidad na itaguyod ang kamalayan ng mga bata tungkol sa kanilang mga karapatan at responsibilidad ayon sa UNCRC, isulong ang kanilang mental well-being sa pamamagitan ng iba't-ibang mga laro na nagpapalakas ng emosyonal na pagpapahayag at interaksyong panlipunan, at magbigay ng psychosocial na suporta sa pamamagitan ng paglikha ng ligtas na espasyo kung saan malaya nilang maipapahayag ang kanilang mga saloobin at damdamin.

Nagsimula ang programa sa panalangin, pag-awit ng Lupang Hinirang, at pambungad na mensahe mula kay 𝗗𝗿𝗮. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗼, Advocacy Consultant ng QCPC. Nagkaroon ng talakayan ukol sa karapatan ng mga bata na pinangunahan ni 𝙈𝙨. 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙖 𝙁. 𝙂𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙖, 𝙍𝙎𝙒, 𝙈𝙎𝙎𝙒.

Pagkatapos ng talakayan, nagsagawa ng limang interaktibong psychosocial na laro, kabilang ang Rights and Responsibilities Matching and Relay Game, Hand and Foot Hopscotch Game (Safe and Unsafe Touches), Puzzle of Rights Game, Rights Memory Balance Relay, at Commitment Pledge to the Wall of Rights. Ang mga laro ay hindi lamang nagbigay saya kundi naging mabisang kasangkapan upang maipaliwanag sa mga bata ang kanilang mga karapatan at responsibilidad.

Ang selebrasyon ay naging matagumpay sa tulong ng mga sponsor mula sa 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗔𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗣𝗡𝗣𝗔𝗔𝗔) - 𝗕𝗝𝗠𝗣 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗜𝗻𝗰., na nagbigay ng regalong pamasko at Jollibee meals para sa mga batang kalahok. Nagpaabot din sila ng munting groceries na ipinamahagi sa mga pamilya ng mga kalahok na bata.

Bago tuluyang magtapos ang gawain, nagbigay si 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗖. 𝗠𝘂ñ𝗼𝘇, 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗡𝗣𝗔𝗔𝗔- 𝗕𝗝𝗠𝗣 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿, 𝗜𝗻𝗰., ng espesyal na mensahe tungkol sa pagtutulungan upang maprotektahan ang mga karapatan ng mga bata. Nagwakas ang programa sa mensahe mula kay 𝗗𝗿𝗮. 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗰𝗮 𝗧𝘂𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻, former pediatrician consultant ng QC Protection Center na nagpatibay sa patuloy na hakbang para sa kaligtasan ng mga bata.

Ang selebrasyon ng Araw ng mga Bata ay pinangunahan ni 𝗠𝘀. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻, isang boluntaryo at dating natulungan ng QC Protection Center, na ngayon ay tumatayong tagapagtaguyod ng karapatan ng kababaihan at mga bata.

Led by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗥. 𝗢𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗼 and acknowledged as a Local Learning Hub by the Philippine Commission on Women, the Quezon City Protection Center (QCPC) hosted delegations in 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 to highlight its effective strategies and exemplary practices in responding to gender-based violence (GBV).

On 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 7, QCPC hosted a delegation from 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 for a benchmarking activity aimed at strengthening GBV response efforts. Composed primarily of 𝘽𝙎 𝙄𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, the delegation participated in a presentation on QCPC’s comprehensive services as a one-stop crisis intervention center. Their queries focused on the center’s database system and its integration in delivering coordinated services for GBV survivors, followed by a brief facility tour.

On 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 15, QCPC welcomed 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 for a similar benchmarking visit to enhance their Gender and Development initiatives. Participants learned about QCPC’s services and observed its holistic approach to supporting GBV survivors during a facility tour. The activity concluded with the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, aimed at further empowering communities to take proactive steps in addressing and preventing gender-based violence (GBV).

These benchmarking activities emphasized the importance of collaboration in advancing gender equality and strengthening support systems for GBV survivors, reaffirming QCPC’s role as a leading institution in GBV response.

The Quezon City Protection Center (QCPC) headed by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗥. 𝗢𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗱𝗼 and recognized as a Local Learning Hub by the Philippine Commission on Women, welcomed several delegations in 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 to share its innovative approaches and best practices in responding to gender-based violence (GBV) cases.

On 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, the QCPC hosted a delegation from the 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙚 (𝙐𝙉𝘿𝙋) 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙮𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙖, led by 𝗛.𝗘. 𝗗𝗿. 𝗜𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶, 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 (𝗠𝗢𝗪𝗔). The visit served as a platform for knowledge exchange, with the QCPC presenting its comprehensive strategies in addressing GBV, from prevention to victim support.

Following this, on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗤. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗼-𝗙𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗰, 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙙𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣, 𝙍𝙤𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙣, spearheaded a delegation from her municipality. Accompanied by barangay officials, the team explored QCPC’s integrated services model to strengthen their own local mechanisms for addressing GBV.

Lastly, on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, delegates from the 𝘼𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙀𝙢𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙮 headed by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹, visited the QCPC to learn more about its holistic approach to addressing GBV. The exchange highlighted the importance of international collaboration in advancing gender equality and protecting women’s rights.
