This International Day of Dignified Menstruation, we’re reclaiming what has always been ours: dignity, equity, and our inalienable rights. ✊🏽🩸
For many transmasculine individuals, menstruation is layered with stigma, silence, and pressure to “hide” or “just deal with it.” These aren’t personal failures but as a result of systems that decide whose bodies are recognized, supported, and talked about.
Kaya sa usapin ng regla, hindi puwedeng limitado lang sa iisang naratibo
When we talk about dignified menstruation, we must include all bodies who menstruate.
Because dignity is not gendered.
Equity is not selective.
And rights are never conditional.
Today, we call for:
✨ Inclusive conversations that affirm all menstruators
✨ Systems that protect, not shame
✨ Spaces where transmasculine people feel seen, supported, and safe
Pag binuksan ang usapan para sa lahat, doon nagsisimula ang pagbabago.
Menstruation should never cost anyone their dignity.
