Come on guys, it's 2025!

Just like our phone, keys, and wallet, human rights are something we should never leave home without.

For gender diverse Filipinos, dignity, safety, and access to our rights shouldn’t be optional because they’re essential to our everyday lives.

Sa bawat araw na lumalaban tayo para sa pagkilala at pagpapahalaga sa ating pagkatao, pinapaalala natin sa mundo: our rights are non-negotiable.

Let’s keep pushing for a future where every gender diverse Filipino can live safely and proudly because human rights belong to all of us, every day. 🌈✊🏽⚖️

This International Day of Dignified Menstruation, we’re reclaiming what has always been ours: dignity, equity, and our inalienable rights. ✊🏽🩸

For many transmasculine individuals, menstruation is layered with stigma, silence, and pressure to “hide” or “just deal with it.” These aren’t personal failures but as a result of systems that decide whose bodies are recognized, supported, and talked about.

When we talk about dignified menstruation, we must include all bodies who menstruate.

Because dignity is not gendered.
Equity is not selective.
And rights are never conditional.

Today, we call for:
✨ Inclusive conversations that affirm all menstruators
✨ Systems that protect, not shame
✨ Spaces where transmasculine people feel seen, supported, and safe

Menstruation should never cost anyone their dignity.

Tara na sa PFTM Learning Session! ✨🌈

This , we honor the 276 reported trans lives lost this year, including eight from the Philippines.

It’s a big number and we know it’s still not complete.

There are 24 individuals whose names remain unknown and many more who were never recorded. Yet they were once known, once loved, and once part of a community. They had real stories and real lives. They mattered.

TDOR is a day to remember them but also a call to act. We honor every life cut short by violence and discrimination by continuing the fight for a world where all trans people can live safely, openly, and with dignity.

Today, we pause to honor their memory and reaffirm our commitment to protect those who are still with us.

Sabay-sabay nating i-break ang awkwardness, bro!
