e. Over the counter drug’s are a huge problem with today’s world not to mention prescription medication. How are most people eating? GMO’s, anti biotics in meat and dairy, Growth hormones, steroids, gluten, grains, trans fatty acids, and the list goes on and on. So your eating fruits and veggies, but are they organic ,or are they loaded with pesticides. Through this blog I will bring useful information about health and nutrition so you and your family can make informed decisions. I’m also proud to call myself an entrepreneur. Being involved in other businesses, creating passive income or residual income is a huge rush. I love to write about my experiences and what I am currently doing that’s working. I never again want to be tied to the success of my chiropractic office as my primary source of income. My goal was to create at least three different income streams. I want to practice chiropractic for fun. Making a great living being a chiropractor is a bonus. I feel that a Cross-fit workout or W.O.D. (workout of the day) is a microcosm of life. During pretty much every workout you want to quit. Your body is telling you that you cannot continue, but your mind says yes you can. You can do this & you do. Just like in life there are times when you want to quit but you persevere & push through. To be successful in life & Cross-fit you must be strong physically but more importantly you must be strong mentally. We must be willing to fight through the pain. We can do anything we want. We just have to want it bad enough. This blog is about my life’s journey as an Entrepreneur & as a Crossfitter becoming better every day!
