Two full days of collaboration, alignment, and shared purpose - workshop done! ✨

From January 14-15, we came together to co-develop the Operations Manual for the No Woman Left Behind Program, strengthening coordination across QC offices to better support female PDLs on their path to reintegration.

Thank you to all participants for the energy, insights, and commitment. This is a meaningful step toward more inclusive, gender-responsive justice and social support systems headed by the Quezon City Gender and Development Office.

Grateful to support this important QC-led initiative!

When mental health support is available in communities, schools, and workplaces, more people seek help - earlier and with less stigma.

This is why Community-Based Mental Health (CBMH) matters.

Access grows when care is closer.

This week on Wellness Wednesdays at Radyo Katipunan, we kick off 2026 by rethinking the way we set our goals. Let's spark the conversation about why many New Year’s resolutions fade quickly and how we can build habits that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with our values.

Together with our expert guest, Dr. Johnrev Guilaran, Professor at the University of the Philippines Visayas, we explore practical, evidence-based ways to create meaningful change that goes beyond short-lived motivation.

Hosted by Dr. Gina Hechanova-Alampay and Dr. Camille Yusay of RenewHealth Philippines
