Suggested use
Adults take 2 capsules twice daily with food.

Plant based cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised starch.
Each two Himalaya Boswellia capsules is equivalent to 915 mg of Boswellia Oleo-gum-resin per serving.
