Job Title: On-Site Vaccination Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vaccination Coordinator to lead the planning and ex*****on of vaccination events across various locations. This role will primarily focus on the logistical coordination, scheduling, and on-site support of vaccination drives, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. When not assigned to an event, the coordinator will provide general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
👉🏽 Vaccination Event Coordination:
✅ Plan and coordinate vaccination events
✅ Coordinate with the medical team regarding vaccination schedule
✅ Act as the on-site point of contact during vaccinations ensuring operations run smoothly.
✅ Communicate event details and schedules to all relevant stakeholders.
✅ Prepare and distribute vaccination documentation (e.g., timestamp, vaccination report)
✅ Collect feedback and suggest improvements to the vaccination program
👉🏽 Administrative Support:
✅ Maintain accurate records and documentation for vaccination programs.
✅ Assist with inventory tracking of vaccination supplies and materials.
✅ Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
✅ Support other departments or teams as needed during off-event periods.

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Flexibility to travel to different event sites and adjust to changing schedules.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

Working Conditions:
✅ This position involves both office-based administrative work and field-based event coordination.
✅ May require weekend work depending on vaccination schedules.
✅ May be assigned outside Metro Manila (transportation included)

Job Title: Accounting Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cheques and vouchers, recording sales, purchases, and expenses, performing bookkeeping tasks, and assisting with other accounting-related duties. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

👉🏽 Prepare and process cheques, vouchers, and other payment transactions.
👉🏽 Record and update sales, purchases, and expenses in the accounting system.
👉🏽 Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.
👉🏽 Assist in reconciling accounts, bank statements, and financial transactions.
👉🏽 Organize and maintain financial documents and records for auditing purposes.
👉🏽 Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
👉🏽 Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
👉🏽 Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

👉🏽 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
👉🏽 Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage.
👉🏽 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
👉🏽 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
👉🏽 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
