I was battling lupus every day, constant fatigue, body pain, and the feeling that my health was slipping away. Even small tasks felt heavy, and I struggled to keep up with my family and the life I wanted to live.

Sharing my progress—especially for all the postpartum moms out there.🥰🙌🏼

The past two weeks were tough. Hormones, personal matters, and work stress hit me harder than usual. I was honestly worried I might fall back into stress eating and lose track of my goals....AGAIN.

But NO, I didn’t 🙌🏼 The products really helped me stay grounded, even when I wasn’t feeling 100%.😵‍💫
