ATTENTION TO ALL PATIENTS AND THE PUBLIC:
We are issuing this official notice following multiple reports received from our patients. It has come to our attention that certain individuals or competitors are actively approaching and persuading our patients to transfer, while inquiring about our service quotations and clinic information.
Further investigation revealed that patient information was obtained through unauthorized access to Google Calendar, which was then used to directly contact our clients. Several patients have voluntarily informed us of these incidents and are willing to provide formal testimonies regarding being solicited and redirected.
Please be advised that we are fully aware of the individuals involved, and this matter has already been escalated to our company lawyer for appropriate legal action. In addition, we have coordinated with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to trace and identify the ownership of the phone numbers used in contacting our patients.
We strongly warn that any form of unauthorized access, misuse of patient information, solicitation, or interference with our patients is strictly prohibited and may result in serious legal consequences under applicable laws.
