TOPNOTCH MEDICAL BOARD PREP β MARCH 2026 BATCH
OFFICIAL INSTRUCTIONS: DIAGNOSTIC EXAMINATION
Welcome to the official start of your review journey! The Diagnostic Exam is designed to establish your baseline and simulate the rigors of the actual licensure examination. Please read the guidelines below carefully.
I. EXAM AVAILABILITY & ACCESS
OPENING DATE: π
December 1, 2025 (Monday) | 8:00 AM The exam materials and links will be live on the portal starting at this time.
Step 1: Download Materials Once the exam opens, go to the Handouts Tab on the Topnotch Portal to download:
β’Topnotch Exam Scantron: Use the 300-item sheet provided.
β’Diagnostic Exam Questionnaire: Download the questionnaire file.
oNote: This features a NEW questionnaire format designed to simulate the actual font, layout, and formatting of the Physician Licensure Exam (PLE).
Step 2: Simulate the Experience
β’The exam consists of 300 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
β’Recommendation: Take the exam in two blocks of 150 items each. This mirrors the mental endurance required for the actual board subjects.
Step 3: Submit Your Answers
β’Once completed, encode your answers into the Diagnostic Exam Google Form.
β’This form is located under the Exam Tab of the portal.
II. SUBMISSION DEADLINES
Please adhere to the following schedule to ensure your scores are processed correctly.
π΄ PRIORITY DEADLINE (For Color Grading) π
December 3, 2025 (Wednesday) | 5:00 PM
β’Submit by this time to be included in the Topnotch Color Grading (Batch Ranking/Assessment).
β’This is highly recommended so you can gauge your standing before the first official subject of the March 2026 cycle begins.

December 6, 2025 (Saturday) | 5:00 PM
β’The Google Form will close automatically at this time. No submissions will be accepted after this cutoff.
III. POST-EXAM MATERIALS
The Exam Discussion Handout and Video Discussion will be released on the portal on: π
December 3, 2025 | 5:00 PM
IV. RULES AND CONDUCT
1. STRICT SIMULATION Take this examination as if you are sitting for the actual boards. Simulation helps reduce anxiety and builds mental fortitude.
β’Attire: Please wear your BLAZERS (or school uniform/formal attire).
β’Essentials: Have a bottle of 70% ALCOHOL or hand sanitizer and a FACE MASK readily available on your desk.
2. DATA ACCURACY
β’Ensure you enter your CORRECT DETAILS, specifically your CLASS NUMBER, on the Google Form.
β’Warning: If your details are incorrect or your Class Number is missing, your score will be marked as βN/Aβ.
3. INTEGRITY & SECURITY
β’Do not CHEAT. This diagnostic is for your own assessment. An honest score tells you where you need to improve; a dishonest score gives you a false sense of security.
β’Intellectual Property: Any video recording, screen shooting, or screen recording of the examination content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
