Join us for Lakad Takbo Kontra To***co, a fun run celebrating "No To***co World Day"! This event promotes a smoke-free lifestyle and is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Come run, walk, and advocate for health and wellness, all while helping us raise funds for the church's Medical Mission in 2026.

📅 When is the event?
🗓 Date: June 15, 2025
🕔 Time: Assembly starts at 5:00 AM
📍 Location: Marikina Sports Complex
⏳ Duration: Approximately 4 hours, including registration, warm-up, race, cool-down, and program proper.

👟 Who can join?
The event is open to all participants of all fitness levels. Whether you walk or run, everyone is welcome!

📝 How do I register?
Register by June 7, 2025 to secure your event t-shirt (singlet).
Registrations after this date will be considered on-site and will only receive a singlet while supplies last or after production.

💰 What is the registration fee?
• 3K Run: PHP 350
• 5K Run: PHP 450

🎽 What’s included in the registration kit?
• Event t-shirt (Singlet)
• Bottled water

🏅 Are there prizes?
Yes!
• Cash Prize: Each for the 3K and 5K winners (1 winner per category)
• Medals and Certificates for winners

🟢 Is on-site registration available?
Yes, on-site registration will be available on event day. T-shirts will be distributed while supplies last, or after production if not available immediately.

Other important reminders:

1. For the safety of our younger attendees, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Please note that children are not allowed on the bleachers due to a low railing that poses an accident risk.
2. If weather conditions are unsuitable for the run, the event will be canceled and rebooked for the nearest possible date by the venue. We'll inform all participants of the new date as soon as it's confirmed. Please remember that registration fees are non-refundable.
3. CLAYGO (Clean as you go)
