Almost all facial skeletal deformities..due to (Trauma, Tumor resection, Congenital) can now possibly be restored back into its original shape, form and function without getting bone from other parts of the human body with good long-term results. This is a new scientific research technology in Tissue Engineering utilizing 3-D Printed customized composite biosynthetic, biocompatible materials as replacement prosthesis or implants in facial skeletal defects. Example of this is End-stage Temporo Mandibular Joint (TMJ) deformities patient who could no longer open their jaws because of neglected maxillofacial trauma or other causes such as tumor resection. The benefits of this new technology can outweigh its cost in the long term

Other interest and still doing is Maxillofacial Trauma or Facial Injuries. Even the most Crooked Nose or Severely Deviated Nose (old & new trauma) producing nasal obstruction and Snoring (as part of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) can be improved or corrected (both functional and with aesthetic appeal) as a Sleep E.N.T. surgeon. This is known now as Structural Septorhinoplasty
