Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, or Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science.
- Must be a Registered Medical Technologist with a valid license from the professional board.
- Knowledgeable/Proficient in performing laboratory tests in areas such as Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Immunology, Clinical Microscopy
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiar with laboratory equipments and standard operating procedures. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple task.
- Exhibit good and proper patient care. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferably with experience.
- Drug Test Analyst Certification is an advantage.

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the laboratory team, delegating tasks and ensuring high-quality laboratory services.
- Perform complex diagnostic tests and analyses across various laboratory departments (Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Clinical ---- Microscopy/Parasitology, and Serology).
- Maintain and improve laboratory operations, including workflow management and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, lab standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Efficiently process and manage samples while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide oversight for proper documentation, reports, and paperwork.
- Assist with the hiring, training, and evaluation of laboratory staff.
- Mentor and support laboratory staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic results.

- Review and verify accounting records and balances, correcting errors as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Assist in monitoring and reconciling subsidiary ledgers
- Support tracking of expenses, disbursements, and account reconciliations
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accountancy or related business/finance course
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Background in accounting or bookkeeping through work, internship, or academic training
