Quick Chair Yoga Flow
Boost mobility and calm your mind in minutes:
1️⃣ Seated Cat–Cow – Inhale arch, exhale round.
2️⃣ Side Bend – Stretch each side, keep sit bones grounded.
3️⃣ Spinal Twist – Lengthen spine, twist gently.
4️⃣ Figure-4 Hip Opener – Cross ankle on knee, hinge slightly.
Repeat 2–3 rounds, breathing slow and steady.
