Please be advised that the Manpower Development Service at the MARINA
Central Office has RESUMED operations today and on July 26, 2025 (Saturday) to process applications for Seafarer's Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) with confirmed appointments for
July 25, 2025.

Additionally, applicants with confirmed appointments for the SID and SRB from July 22 - 25, 2025 will be processed from July 25, 2025 to August 19, 2025.

Please be informed that the MARINA Regional Office - NCR, located at Trium Square Building, Pasay City, and MARINA Processing Center at the Department of Migrant Workers, Blas F. Ople Building, Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA, Mandaluyong City, are OPEN and OPERATIONAL and WILL CONTINUE processing applications for Seafarer's Record Book (SRB), Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) and MARINA Professional License ID for those with confirmed appointments.

Applicants with confirmed appointments for SRB and SID from 22-23 July 2025 will be accommodated for processing starting tomorrow, 25 July until 08 August 2025.

Those who have been scheduled for the issuance of the MARINA Professional License ID on 22-23 July 2025, may process their ID tomorrow, 25 July to 01 Aug. 2025.

Further, regular processing for domestic and overseas shipping, safety and shipyard related applications at the Trium Square Building will resume on Monday, 28 July 2025.

This to inform the public that work in government offices in Metro Manila on July 25 2025 are suspended due to continuing rainfall brought by South west Moonson or Habagat.

All BOQ NCR sites will be closed except for the BOQ Main Office, which will cater to urgent immunization concerns until 12NN.

For clients with urgent vaccinations and certifications concerns, you may go directly at BOQ Main Office at 25th and A.C. Delgado Streets, Port Area, Manila, NCR until 12:00 noon.

For clients who are affected by the suspension of work you may email us at helpdesk.clinic@quarantine.doh.gov.ph or call 5318 7500 ext. 107 for reschedulling of appointment.

Applicants with confirmed appointments for Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) at the MARINA Central Office on the said date will be accommodated for processing from 30 July to 15 August 2025.

Applicants with confirmed appointments for Seafarer's Record Book (SRB) and Seafarer's Identity Document (SID) on the said date will be accommodated for processing from 24 July to 06 August 2025.

Likewise, those scheduled for the issuance of the MARINA Professional License ID on the said date may process their ID from 24 July to 31 July 2025.

Regular operations and services will RESUME on Thursday, 24 July 2025.
