👂Other possible causes include: Being in warm, humid places. Cleaning or scratching your ear canal using your fingers, cotton swabs, or other objects.

There is a guideline to follow for the management of nose bleeding.

But as first aid, just sit down and firmly pinch the soft part of your nose, just above your nostrils, for at least 10-15 minutes. Lean forward and breathe through your mouth.
