Under the weight of the new crown pandemic, many giants are facing the crisis of failure. Five months of pandemic were in debt, and tens of thousands of companies went bankrupt, so the company was seriously replaced.

If your company is still there, and there are no pay cuts or layoffs, please treat your company well. Because they still insists on carrying all the tests that you can't see. And humans are facing the pandemic that cannot be controlled. The second half of 2020, is the challenge of corporate strength.

Be Grateful.

If you are still working today, either at the comfort of your home or onsite, be grateful. Do your best to survive your business with your employers -- do not abuse and learn to appreciate healthy compromise.

Per DOLE, almost 2.6M employees in the Philippines had been displaced or lost their jobs due to COVID19 pandemic. This is expected to increase up to 5M Filipinos -- actual workers! Tough Times.

If your employer now asks you to become effective, do more. Ask how you can be more productive.

If your boss asks you on your output, be more proactive and transparent. For sure, your boss' boss is also getting the efficiency pressure.

If your Manager requires more virtual meetings, attend and participate. Your Manager needs to ensure lines of communications are clear to achieve business goals.

If you are asked to login on-time, check in ahead of time, be more responsive. It is never easy to manage teams and processes remotely.

If you received a task, be proactive to complete the activity before the deadline. Never wait for your Manager to follow through on you.

If you are receiving subsidy on utilities, tools and internet expenses from your company, be thankful even more. The intention is loud and clear. You must collaborate.

If your Manager keeps an eye on you, never complain. Your Manager also wanted to keep his job.

If your employer asks you to take mandatory time off, be thankful, balancing business priorities are never easy as the market is non responsive.

If it is tempting to do personal things during your working hours, keep it at very minimum disruption to output. Output is always more important than input. Outcomes will always matter in business. Non essential industries are impacted with negative growth - expect possible worst recession in our lifetime, economies and public health are conflicting in priorities, globally.

If you tend to forget, you signed up as a professional worker in business, not on a charitable institution.

Be grateful. Appreciate what you have. Not many people have the same choices and privilege as you.

SAD BUT TRUE😞😞😞

Jack Ma once said, 'When Selling to close friends and family, no matter how much you're selling to them, they will always feel you're earning their money, no matter how cheap you sell to them, they still wouldn't appreciate it.'
There will always be people who do not care about your Costs, Time, Effort, they rather let other people cheat them, allowing others to earn, then supporting someone they know. Cause in their heart, they will always be thinking, 'How much did he earn from me?' instead of "How much did he SAVE/MAKE for me?"
This is a classic example of a poor person's mentality!

How did the rich people become rich? One of the main reason is because they are willing to SUPPORT their associates business, taking care of one another's interests thus naturally they get back more.

Your Friends will in turn support you, thus the circle of wealth continues to grow and grow!
Simple Logic, you will start to get rich once you understand it.
