Sharing with you the story of our high risk first time mom with:

- Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Hypothyroidism

2 years sila naghintay bago maging pregnant. Alaga sya ng rheumatologist and endocrinologist sa Skyline even before pregnancy, kaya nang magbuntis ay nirefer sa perinatology. Maraming meds at check ups pero compliant naman sila, kaya naging smooth ang aming journey, maliban sa medyo maliit si baby sa ultrasound. Dahil nag positive si mommy sa anti-Ro at anti-La (mga autoantibodies ng buntis na pwedeng magdulot kay baby ng congenital heart block at neonatal lupus), nagpa fetal 2d echo kami which turned out to be normal.

Baby Zarina Amethyst was born healthy weighing 2375 grams, na very good at umuwi with mommy. 🥳🎉

Kanina ay nag follow up sila for family planning, nakakatuwa kasi si baby ay kamukhang kamukha ng daddy. 😆

Hello momshies, I’m back!

Pasensya na po kayo at nabusy po ako. After kong magkasakit ay namatay naman po ang stepfather ko na tumayong tatay ko po since 8yo ako. Nagki clinic ako sa umaga at nasa wake sa gabi. Kahapon pa may nanganak na alaga ko, same time ng libing nya. Maraming salamat kay Dr. Bongon na nag relieve sa akin. Kanina binisita ko sila at very good naman sila.

May changes din po sa clinic schedule ko (see pic below). Tatanggap na po ako uli ng walk ins maliban po sa Sunday schedule sa TMC kasi gusto ko po ma enjoy ko pa rin ang day na ito with my family. Madali lang naman po magpa schedule ng Sunday (see comment section for the link) basta hindi pa full slots.

Sa mga nagmemessage din po sa akin sa viber number ko, please limit your messages to urgent concerns. Kung cancelled po ang clinic at may appointment po kayo sa nowserving app, may magmemessage po sa inyo if cancelled, no need to ask me everytime kung tuloy ang clinic or not. Hindi rin po advisable mag message po kayo during clinic hours kasi syempre hindi na po ako makakaopen ng phone during consultation. For medical certificates, they are given sa clinic lang dahil need kayo makita muna before issuing those. Yung mga non-urgent concerns, pwede nyo ipunin or ilista muna tapos itanong nyo sa clinic kapag nagkita tayo.

Lastly, hindi po muna ako tatanggap ng Kaiser (380 pesos lang ang pf), icare (mag 1 yr old na yata yung pinaanak ko hindi pa rin ako nababayaran), at medocare (buntis na yung na myomectomy ko wala pa rin pf). Salamat po.

Proud to tell you that we had 3 succesful VBACs!

Btw gusto ko lang sabihin,

Ang schedule naming mga OB, hindi talaga masasabi. Minsan nakaayos ka na papuntang clinic, tapos ang dami mo pang plans all throughout the day (like mag watch ng movie with my son), pero biglang may manganganak. So cancelled lahat ng plano.

Dahil sa kagustuhan ko rin ma accomodate lahat, nagdagdag ako ng Sunday clinic. Kaso ayun nga napagod na rin at dahil diabetic, mabilis nahawa ng sakit.

Gustung gusto ko po kayo makita personally postpartum. Syempre gusto ko makita kung kamusta na po kayo. Yung sugat, yung condition nyo, pero may mga bagay po na beyond my control. Pero wag po kayo mag alala at talaga naman pong kikitain ko kayo.
