Today, Romblon State University, including all its eight satellite campuses, received its 𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝟐𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟏:𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 (𝐄𝐎𝐌𝐒), making it the 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 to achieve this distinction.

The certification was formally awarded by TÜV Rheinland on July 23, 2025, covering RSU Main Campus and all satellite campuses, affirming the University's compliance with international standards in delivering quality education and institutional management.

ISO 21001:2018 is an internationally recognized standard designed specifically for educational organizations. It demonstrates RSU’s commitment to providing inclusive, equitable, and consistent educational services that meet the needs of learners and other stakeholders.

This milestone reflects the University’s continuous dedication to setting the bar high in the provision of higher education in the region and beyond under the visionary leadership of President Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani. This breakthrough would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of the Quality Assurance Office and the collective commitment of the RSU workforce in serving the community beyond honor and excellence.
