To our valued clients/customers,

We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding. Due to the recent inclement weather, we are experiencing delays in meeting our deadlines this week. Several of our team members have been affected—some are sick, and others have been impacted by flooding in their areas, resulting in temporary understaffing.

Additionally, our materials and tempered glass orders from Valenzuela are also delayed since some roads are reportedly not passable due to the floods.

We’re doing our best to catch up and will keep you updated. Thank you for bearing with us.
