Procedure: Acrylic crown for kids

Crowns are a way of protecting teeth that are weak or have been broken. They also help improve the appearance of teeth that are irregularly shaped or stained.

I admire this kid for her patience, the procedure lasted for about an hour. Oral prophylaxis+flouride application+crown placement. She was never irritable nor did she cried. She just sat on the chair, opened her mouth and let me do the procedure. I just explained the things that has to be done and then the whole treatment went by so smoothly.

Case: The patient had an accident while playing basketball which resulted to chipped tooth. The said tooth was already endodontically (rct) treated before the accident (when the patient is in 3rd grade) which resulted to discoloration.
