▪️Whitening process takes about 2weeks, and these pics already shows 2-3 shades whiter right after the procedure.
▪️ Procedure takes about 45mins to 1hr

Food and beverages to avoid:
1. Tea, coffee, softdrinks
2. Dark colored food (adobo, curry, kare kare, etc)
