📢 CHIN DIP EQUIPMENT USE GUIDELINES

Please follow proper usage of the Chin/Dip Station to ensure safety and equipment care:

✅ For Chin-Ups / Pull-Ups
Grip the bar firmly (overhand or underhand)
Engage your core and pull your body up with control
Avoid swinging or using momentum
Use the assisted pad to reduce body weight if needed, especially for beginners

✅ For Dips
Keep your arms shoulder-width apart
Lower your body slowly until elbows reach about 90°
Push back up with control
Use the assisted pad for support to maintain proper form

📢 DGYM OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that due to a scheduled power interruption tomorrow, April 8, 2026, as advised by BATELEC II Area II, DGYM will be temporarily closed from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Operations will resume in the evening, and the gym will be open from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

We encourage everyone to adjust their workout schedules accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
