Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Ted Herbosa has called on President Marcos to declare a national public health emergency over HIV โ a call that reflects the gravity of this crisis.
Each day, we strive to close the gaps: we offer testing, treatment, and hope. We confront stigma and stand with the most vulnerable. Still, this surge reminds us that while our daily efforts are essential, they must be part of a united national and global response.
