The Health Centrum Hospital Health and Wellness Center It also serves as a resort/out-patient/long-term care and treatment facility. John Paul II Mission Station.

The Health Centrum Hospital and Wellness Center is at the center of a Medical Tourism Park that offers modern and state-of-the-art general and specialty medical services. For both in-patients requiring nursing care, those under pain management or observation services for their recuperation; and out-patients requiring temporary accommodations before and after their medical exams -- a hotel will be built next to the hospital. With an adjacent service mall, it will address the needs of patients' families as well as local/foreign tourists, business establishments and consumers. Across from the hospital is a La Sallian school, the College of St. John โ€“ Roxas which offers K-12 and college undergraduate programs and the newly established Parish of the St. An 11-hectare residential subdivision, designed mainly to be a retirement village, is also envisioned to be an integral part of the community.
