This announcement is for ALL INCOMING FIRST YEAR AND TRANSFER STUDENTS of Capiz State University – Dayao Satellite College.

Before proceeding with your enrollment, please make sure you have completed and submitted all required medical documents.*🩺📝

🔍 Follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays!
📌 You need to prepare and submit:
✅ Your laboratory test results
✅ A medical certificate from your preferred physician
✅ One (1) 2x2 ID photo
📁 Place all documents in a LONG BROWN ENVELOPE and submit them to the campus clinic nurse.

LOOK: March 14. 2025 has been declared Hamutaway Day (Mental Rest Day) for CAPSU students, as per CAPSU Memo Order No. 25-03-0816, series of 2025. The memorandum is issued on March 6, 2025, bears the approval of CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan.

On that day, it is solely devoted to the renewal of CAPSU students’ physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and a chance to connect and collaborate with their support group for some assistance, especially in crises and challenging times.

CAPSUnians are free from school-related activities during Hamutaway Day.

Please be guided accordingly.

LOOK: Effective March 17, 2025, wearing of school uniform is temporarily suspended due to the high heat index currently being experienced in the Province of Capiz.

Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing during class sessions, and are required to wear their school I.D. at all times.

This announcement is in accordance with CAPSU Memo Order No. 25-03-0817, series of 2025, issued on March 11, 2025, signed by CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan.
