Yara sa cone of uncertainty ang halos bilog nga , kalakip naman ang aminhan sang kag .

Kaagahon sang Martes Nobiyembre 4, posible mag-igo ang bgyong Tino sa , kag pagaagyan ang katubigan sang aminhan sang , antes mg-igo malapit sa , magalabay sang northern , magaigo sa Guimaras kag , antes maguwa sa Sulu Sea kaagahon sang Nobiyembre 5, kag ulihi nga magalandfall Northern sa aga.

Ginalauman nga magalab-ot sa Typhoon category ang bagyo, suno sa PAGASA. Bangud diri, posible ang pagbatak sang Signal No. 4.
