Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital is a tertiary government hospital in the province of Capiz with 200-bed capacity however, the implementation is 250-270 beds with 125% occupancy rate to accommodate patients in need of hospitalization. It caters patient from four (4) Inter-Local Health Zones with catchment areas of Roxas City, towns of Panay, Ivisan, and Panitan Rural Health Unit with a total population of 271, 844.
