Sa isa ka standout show sang youth engagement kag civic leadership, nagtuhaw ang syudad sang Sagay bilang pinakadaku nga delegasyon sa Global Youth Summit (GYS) nga ginhiwat sadtong Agosto 8, 2025 sa SM City Bacolod.

Sa tunga sang paghinun-anon nahanungod sa tayuyon nga pag-uswag, halos 135 ka mga pamatan-on nga lideres ggikan sa syudad sang Sagay kag nagkalain-lain nga youth organizations sa bug-os nga Negros kag Pilipinas.

Ang mga kabataan nga lider gintuytuyan ni SK President Hon. Marn Marco. Ini ang nagikan sa nagkalain-lain nga mga eskwelahan kag mga organisasyon nga nagahugpong sa pag-kampeon sang Gender Equality, Quality Education, kag Decent Work & Economic Growth, nga nagapamatuod nga ang mga pamatan-on sang Sagaynon indi lamang mga partisipante—sila mga manughimo sang pagbag-o nga nagaporma sang mas patas, mas maalam kag mas may gahum nga palaabuton para sa tanan.
