✅ 1. Kay Normal ang BP Tungod sa Tambal — Dili maayo mo kumpiyansa.
• Ang imong BP normal tungod sa epekto sa tambal.
• Kung undangan nimo ang maintenance, mosaka na pud na og balik.

📌 “Mura na siya og bugnaw nga kalayo tungod kay naa kay tubig. Kung kuhaan nimo ang tubig, musiga og balik.”

Ang vertigo mao ang pagbati nga murag nagtuyok ang palibot, bisan nagalingkod o nagbarog lang ka.
Usahay murag mahulog, maluya, o maglibog ang ulo.

👵👴 Ngano kasagaran ni sa mga idaran?
1. Tungod sa edad, hinay-hinay nga maluya ang dalunggan nga mo-kontrol sa atong balanse.
2. Makaapekto ang tambal – daghang tigulang ang nag-inom og maintenance nga tambal nga usahay makapa-luya o makapa-lipong.
3. Kulang sa tubig, kaon, o tulog – kasagaran malimtan sa mga idaran.
4. Naay uban nga sakit sama sa high blood, anemia, stroke, o problema sa kasingkasing.
5. Mini-stroke – posible nga timaan ang vertigo nga mas seryoso diay.

❤️ Unsa’y angay buhaton kung mo-vertigo ang usa ka idaran?

✅ Sugod nga buhaton:
1. Palingkura og tarong – ayaw palabanga kung naglimpong.
2. Pahinaya ang lihok – ayaw barog kalit.
3. Paimna og tubig, ilabi na kung walay kaon o dehydrated.
4. Ayaw siya palakwa – basin matumba.
5. Sukda ang blood pressure ug tan-awa kung naa bay uban nga sintomas:
• Panluya sa lawas
• Lisod istorya

🏥 Kung sige o kalit kaayo ang vertigo:
• Dalha sa doctor o ipa-check up dayon.
• Maayo nga masuta ang tinuod nga hinungdan aron matambalan ug malikayan ang aksidente.

Ang 4S usa ka kampanya sa Department of Health (DOH) aron malikayan ang dengue fever pinaagi sa:

✅ 1. Search and Destroy (Pangita ug Laglag)

“Alas Kwatro Kontra Lamok!”
• Kada alas-4 sa hapon, buhaton ang:
• Taob – Ibaliskad ang mga balde, gulong, tanom nga naay tubig
• Taktak – Ipaagas ang tubig sa mga sulod nga lalagyanan
• Tuyo – Hugasi ug patuya ang mga palibot
• Takip – Tabuni ang mga timba, drum, tanke nga naa’y tubig

🎯 Tumong: Walay lamok kung walay itlugan!

✅ 2. Self-Protection (Pagpanalipod sa kaugalingon)
• Magsul-ob og long sleeves ug pantalon
• Gamit og mosquito repellent sa panit
• Butangan og screen ang bintana ug pultahan

Ang diabetes usa ka chronic (taas nga panahon) nga balatian nga kung dili makontrol, makaguba sa daghang parte sa lawas. Dili sakit nga tambalan lang kung mubati - kinahanglan bantayan adlaw-adlaw.

✅ 1. Aron malikayan ang komplikasyon

Kung taas permi ang asukal sa dugo, makaguba kini sa:

🧠 Utok - Stroke

❤️ Kasing-kasing - Heart attack

👀 Mata - Pagkabuta (diabetic retinopathy)

👣 Tiil - Pagkaputol sa tiil (gangrene)

🩸 Ugat - Hypertension, poor circulation

💎 Kidney - Kidney failure, dialysis

✅ 2. Aron malikayan ang pagpanghubag ug impeksyon

Ang mga diabetic dali mahubagan, dugay maayo ang samad, ug dali matakdan og impeksyon. Bisan gamay nga samad mahimong dakong kadaot.

✅ 3. Aron mabuhi og taas nga kinabuhi nga luwas ug produktibo
• Kung makontrol ang diabetes, makatrabaho ka gihapon, makapabuhi sa pamilya, ug makapadayon sa imong misyon sa kinabuhi.

✅ 4. Aron dili magsalig sa mahal nga tambal o dialysis
• Mas barato ang pagkontrol kaysa pagtambal sa komplikasyon.
• Ang dialysis kada semana gasto ug ₱2,000–₱5,000 — usa ka burden sa pamilya.
