We would like to address recent misleading claims regarding the ownership of Sunday Morning Beach House, specifically a vlog that has falsely stated the resort is owned by Pulong Duterte.

We would like to clarify that these claims are completely false. Sunday Morning Beach House is 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐝 by Pulong Duterte or any member of his family. It is a privately-owned resort, and its ownership belongs solely to the Estrera family, who have no connection whatsoever to the aforementioned politician.

To provide further clarity, the land on which Sunday Morning Beach House is built was purchased by the Estrera family in 2016, and construction of the resort began that very same year. These false claims regarding ownership have no basis and are purely speculative.

We take these types of misinformation very seriously and are currently in consultation with our legal team to explore all necessary actions against the vlogger responsible for spreading these baseless allegations.
