what is dry needling?

Dry needling involves inserting a THIN needle into trigger points — tight, painful areas within the muscles. It can be an effective tool in treating acute and chronic muscle-related pains, particularly after injuries.

It stimulates a trigger point in a skeletal muscle. You might call it a knot/ Nodules(LAMIG) , and it can cause more widespread pain than just the muscle in which it's found. It doesn’t take long to feel relief, and results may vary depending on how many areas are treated.

Most common treated cases:

Upper back Pain
MPS
Lower Back pain
Foot pain
