Must-know these aftercare actions & what to avoid:
✅ HYDRATION. Drink plenty of water immediately after and throughout the day to help with hydration and toxin removal.
✅REST. Allow your body to recover by avoiding high-impact, heavy physical activity for 12–24 hours.
✅ALCOHOL/CAFFEINE. Avoid for at least 12–24 hours, as they are dehydrating and counteract the detoxification process.
✅ NUTRITION. Eat a light, healthy meal rather than a heavy one to keep your system calm.
