On being an employee,

𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮 + 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗸𝗮 = 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗺, 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀!

Pero realtalk?
That formula’s incomplete.
Because good service and capital don’t build longevity.
Discipline, systems, and grit do.

No one talks about the unseen hustle:
Ako dati gigisingin ng amo ko ng 2am imassage ko sya hanggang hihilik na sya staka ko pwd iwan, alas 6am mula pasay byahe hanggang subic at imassage ko ang paa nya hanggang pagdating ng subic, sa gabi andun ako sa yate mag massage sa mga kaibigan nya, minsan gutom pa.

In this business. It’s your survival kit.

Kasi kahit gaano kasarap ang service mo,
kung hindi mo kayang dumaan sa bagal ng proseso,
you’ll burn out before you even break even.

So no, hindi ko sinasabing huwag kang mangarap.
I’m saying, maging handa ka sa totoo.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 burn 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

Because just like tenderizing meat—
Success takes time.
Takes heat.
Takes consistency.
