Please be informed that the Online Faculty Competence Evaluation (Tenured and Non-Tenured, including Librarians) for the 1st Term, A.Y. 2025-2026 is currently ongoing until November 14, 2025.

All students are required to accomplish the evaluation through the MyUSTe Students’ Portal. Failure to accomplish the Faculty Evaluation may affect your clearance for enrollment for the next term, and non-compliance with this memo will serve as a derogatory record to be filed with the SWDC Coordinator.
