PuroKalusugan – SAN VICENTE
📅 March 5, 2026

Today’s community health activities in Purok San Vicente focused on strengthening preventive and primary health care services for families in the community.

🏠 Household Visit and Profiling to update family health records and monitor community health needs.
🚻 Validation of Sanitary Toilets to promote proper sanitation and prevent diseases.
💊 PhilPEN Assessment and provision of maintenance medicines for clients with hypertension and other non-communicable diseases.
🦟 Search and Destroy Activity to eliminate possible mosquito breeding sites and help prevent dengue.
🎗 Clinical Breast Examination (CBE) to support early detection of breast abnormalities.
👶 Monitoring of Nutritional Status of Children (0–23 months) and distribution of multivitamins to support child growth and development.

Through these activities, we continue to promote health awareness, disease prevention, and better health services for every family in the community. 💚

Today’s community health activities focused on promoting better health and well-being in the community through the following services:

🏠 Household Visit and Profiling to update family health information.
🚻 Validation of Sanitary Toilets to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
💊 PhilPEN Risk Assessment and provision of maintenance medicines for clients with hypertension and other non-communicable diseases.
🦟 Search and Destroy Activity to eliminate mosquito breeding sites and prevent dengue.
🤰 Prenatal and Postpartum Visits to monitor the health of mothers and newborns.
👶 Distribution of Micronutrient Powder (MNP) to children aged 6–23 months to support proper nutrition.
📚 Health Information Sessions on Non-Communicable Diseases, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and Maternal, Newborn, Child Health and Nutrition (MANCHN).

Together, we continue to strengthen community health through prevention, education, and accessible services. 💚

Today’s activities focused on strengthening community health and supporting families in maintaining the well-being of their children and senior members.

✔️ Home Visits to Priority Households
Conducted visits to households with health concerns. Health education (IEC) was provided on communicable diseases among children and the importance of proper hygiene practices to prevent illness.

✔️ Distribution of MNP & Multivitamins (0–59 months old)
Provided Micronutrient Powder (MNP) and multivitamins to children aged 0–59 months. Intensive counseling was given to parents and caregivers on the proper intake of MNP, including when and how it should be administered.

✔️ Monitoring of Children’s Nutrition Status
Updated and monitored the height and weight (HT & WT) of children aged 0–59 months, with special attention to those identified as malnourished, to track their growth and nutritional improvement.

✔️ Blood Pressure Monitoring
Conducted BP monitoring for members of the Alisto Club to ensure continuous monitoring of their cardiovascular health.

Together, we continue working toward a healthier and stronger community. 💙
