💉 MCV2 mop-up immunization for children who have already turned 12 months old
🏠 Conducted home visit and follow-up care for a patient recently discharged after hospital admission due to diarrhea
💧 Provided ORS (Oresol) distribution and counseling on proper hydration and home management of diarrhea
🚻 Continued validation of households with access to sanitary toilets as part of ongoing monitoring
📢 Conducted IEC on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) to promote safe and healthy practices at home

Through these integrated health services, we continue to ensure preventive care, proper disease management, and improved sanitation in the community. 💪✨
