Today marks a meaningful milestone as we celebrate the completion of the early childhood education journey of our 94 daycare children from the different Child Development Centers in the municipality. What once began as small steps of learning has now turned into a proud moment of achievement for every child—truly embodying the theme, “Munting Hakbang Tungo sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan.”

The Moving Up Ceremony was filled with joy and pride as our young completers confidently took the stage, symbolizing their growth and readiness for the next chapter of their educational journey.

This special occasion was graced by the supportive members of the Sangguniang Bayan led by Hon. Charlito E. Mendavia, together with our MSWD Officer, Mrs. Analiza Dolar-Estoque, as well as our dedicated Barangay officials and distinguished guests.

Behind this success are the Child Development Workers who patiently nurtured each child, the parents who continuously supported them, and the community that stood as one in guiding these young learners.

Ang National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) ug ang opisina sa MSWD nagpahibayo na jaoy pagahimoon na payout para sa mga Octogenarian (80 ug 85 years old) ug Nonagenarian (90 ug 95 years old) sa kantidad na Php 10,000.00 matag beneficiary, karong March 25, 2026 sa alas 9:00 hangtod alas 11:00 sa buntag sa opisina ng MSWD San Benito.
Ania ang mga requirements na dayhon sa pagclaim ng cash grant ug ania sa ubos ang lista sa mga ngayan sa grantees:

- Para sa Personal na moclaim:
1. Original ug 1 Xerox copy ng Senior Citizen ID

- Para sa dili makapersonal o Authorized Representative:
1. Original ug 1 xerox copy ng government issued ID sa Authorized Representative.
2. Original ug 1 Xerox copy ng Senior Citizen ID ng grantee
3. Original authorization letter na diri sa MSWD Office kuhaon bag-o sa petsa ng payout.
4. Medical Certificate (kung na-admit ang grantee) o Barangay Certification na nakabutang na bedridden na ang grantee ug pirmado sa BHW ug Brgy. Captain.
5. Recent Whole body picture na naggupot ng kalendaryo sa bulan ng Marso tuig 2026.

- Para sa patay na:
1. Death Certificate ng grantee
2. Original ug 1 xerox copy ng valid ID sa moclaim.
3. Original ug Xerox copy na nagpamatood sa relasyon ng claimant sa grantee.
4. Warranty and Liability Form diri kuhaon sa MSWD Office.
5. In case na daghan ang nabilin na mga anak, kinahanglan ng Special Power of Attorney (SPA) (NCSC) form na nag-authorize sa claimant na mudawat in behalf sa tanan nabilin.

We would like to inform all Indigent/Social Pensioners that the payout schedule originally set for March 19, 2026 has been rescheduled to March 14, 2026 (Saturday).

🗓 New Schedule:
Date: March 14, 2026 (Saturday) at 8 AM
Venue: Municipal Gymnasium, Barangay Talisay

Please take note of this change and make sure to visit the venue on the rescheduled date for your payout.
