Calorie loading muna this week! 😁 Every after a major hike, my calorie deficiency is around 6000. Since i am trying to add weight, I need to have 60% to 70% fat in my meals and 25% to 30% protein while keeping the carbs at 5%.

I went up to the mountain at 62.5kg and came down at 61kg.

So here is my high calorie Breakfast (around 1000 calories):
4 boiled eggs
150 gm of ham
80 gm cream cheese
1 cup bullet proof coffee (coffee with butter)
I added almond milk for additional calories. 😁

I have more appetite doing outdoor activities than eating. Need to find calorie dense low carb food in order to keep up. 1 whole fried chicken a day seems to be not enough.
