The Aruga sa Kabataan's Multidisciplinary Team & PHU in cooperation with OPD, Nursing Service, GAD, Nutrition & Dietetics, IHOMS, and Pharmacy Dept are opening a special run to administer the remaining 1st doses of the Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. We are inviting parents and guardians to secure a slot for their eligible children.

Eligibility Criteria:
Gender: Female
Age: 10 to 14 years old
Requirement: Must not have received the HPV vaccine yet. (Other detailed requirements are indicated in the registration form below).

Event Details:
Date: June 2, 2026 (Tuesday)
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (You will receive a text message for your specific appointment time)
Location: Ortho Conference Room

Walk-ins / Waitlisted registrants will only be accommodated if registered slots are defaulted one (1) hour after the set appointment time on the day of the event.
