Ang pagsubaybay sa kalusugan ng iyong kidney ay makakatulong upang maiwasan ang mga komplikasyon at makapagsagawa ng maagang hakbang. Huwag kalimutan ang mga check-up. Para sa mga na-diagnose na ng CKD, inirerekomenda ang check-up tuwing 3 hanggang 6 na buwan. Kung ikaw ay nasa mataas na panganib—dahil sa diabetes, mataas na presyon ng dugo, o kasaysayan ng sakit sa kidney sa pamilya—mahalagang kumonsulta sa iyong doktor at magpa-schedule ng screening kahit isang beses sa isang taon.
