Patients with stroke usually develop late recovery for efficient hand functions which could be the most challenging especially with spasticity. A glimpse of patient's rehab program using electrotherapy which involves self efficacy on table top activities, self stretching, functional hand activities, therapeutic exercise on the premise of neuroplasticity.
