Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag ordered the suspension of FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES (all levels, public and private) in the City of San Fernando tomorrow, May 20, 2025—allowing the conduct of online or any applicable alternative learning modality.

Caluag said that the suspension of face-to-face classes is part of its proactive measures against the possible effects of PAGASA’s heat index forecast at the city's neighboring Clark, Pampanga (42 degrees Celsius, Danger level)

In relation to this, the City Government is calling on all the concerned individuals affected by this order to STAY INDOORS and follow the safety tips of health agencies to avoid heat emergencies.
