Happy Friday Everyone!

It has been a busy week for everyone, and finally, it's FRI-YAY!
But don't forget to make your mental health a priority.

Take Note: When you start doubting yourself. Remember everything that you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all you have overcome.

Good thursday, everyone! ❤️

Hope is one of the main guiding forces in human life, as without hope, easy becomes difficult and possible turns into impossible.

This is for you:

Find some quiet, private time. Allow
yourself to slow down and relax.
Find nature, meditate, or do nothing.
Take a break. You'll gain the
benefits of a quiet mind. 🍃

"I matter just by being here.
I matter just by being alive."

If you happen to accomplish something today that you're proud of, then let yourself celebrate it while also knowing that if you didn't accomplish whatever it was, it would not have made you worth any less as a person.

This is what it means to know that your worth is not attached to your accomplishments: knowing that you can still know peace, joy, and love, even when you don't feel like you've done enough. You can still seek out meaningful
connections and relationships even if you don't feel like you're the ideal version of yourself right now.

Yes, there are plenty of things in this life we can measure, but your worth is not
one of them. 💗

“ You are more precious to this world than you'll ever know.”- Lili Rhinehart

Mental health is worthy of powerful, positive discussions. Most of our media these days is centered on negativity within the world and gossip. Why not sprinkle a bit of hope into the mix? Why not alter the language of mental health to become a normal topic of discussion?

We, as first-year college students, need to begin chatting about how we can bring the world together. We are beginning the movement. And here on our "You've Got a Friend in Me" page, you are all welcome to open up about your struggles in life and we are pleased to listen and give you friendly talk advice, in the comfort of your house or wherever you are. Just message our page and we're going to reply as fast as we can and rest assured that your personal information is private and safe. Thank you, stay safe always.
