As a PSO-HNS recommended course, it is open to all first-year and board-eligible ORL-HNS residents, GPs, and interested colleagues, and other trainees who would like to attend a comprehensive course on the basics of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (with ongoing applications for CPD units).

The Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery successfully conducted the 5th In-House Temporal Bone Dissection Course last February 6–7, 2026.

The two-day course provided participants with hands-on experience in temporal bone anatomy and surgical landmarks, reinforcing essential skills in otologic surgery through guided dissection and close mentorship.

We thank our faculty, speakers, trainees, and organizers for their active participation and commitment to surgical education and excellence in ENT training.

In line with the celebration of Thyroid Awareness Month, the Department of Otorhinolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital conducted a Lay Forum at the ENT OPD, 4th Floor, last January 22, 2026. The activity aimed to raise awareness on thyroid disorders, their symptoms, prevention, and available treatment options among patients and hospital visitors.
