• The Medical Service includes the physical check - ups of the new applicants or workers (Pre – employment and/or Annual Check – up) that is required of them. Psychological and Testing/Assessment or Psychometric Services
• The Psychological and Testing/Assessment or Psychometric Services is served as the overall or the heart of the company. Psychological Testing/A

B. Counseling and Psychotherapy Services
• The Counseling and Psychotherapy Services depend on the specific problems, issues, cases, situations and/or concerns of the client. It includes having and promoting psychosocial support and/or assistance to the client within and outside the company/workplace. For our counseling service, we also offer counseling for special population specifically Counseling for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing (Hearing Impaired) and for the LGBTQi Community

D. Consultancy
• The Consultancy Service is a very flexible approach and we are glad to work with your company or the client, in order to adjust or adapt our packages to create the best way to address to your specific needs. Therefore, it is possible to combine aspects of the various different fields and expertise. Psychiatric Services
• The Psychiatric Services include the Neuro - Psychiatric Evaluation or the combination of Neuro - Psychiatric and Neuro - Psychological Evaluations for the cross examination of the client in order to make sure the situations of the client's psychological/mental, emotional and behavioral aspects or psychiatric, neurologic and psychosocial aspects of the individual (Comprehensive Evaluation), depending to the purpose of the clients or company's applicants or workers (e.g. forensic or legal purposes and/or gun ownership or applicants or workers involving guns like police and/or security guards),that is required of them. It also includes prescribing of specific psychiatric drug. Developmental - Behavioral Pediatrics Services

Parenting Coach Services

Employee Mental Wellness Program (EMWP) is a partnership with another company or institution and an employer - sponsored service that caters mental health services for your employees/workers. It provides all our different services that includes psychological testing/assessment (like needs assessment), counseling and psychotherapy services, seminars or workshops (psychoeducation), and consultancy. It includes having and promoting psychosocial support and/or assistance to the client company/employee/worker within and outside the company/workplace. We are here to listen, understand, empathize, advise or counsel and/or help. In order to increase the productivity in the workplace and improve the overall well-being of the employees/workers. It works out personal and interpersonal difficulties, work - related and family concerns or issues. It also extends our services to the immediate family members of your employees/workers. And, we also give crisis interventions, if needed. Formulation of Mental Health Policies and Program is in pursuant to the Republic Act 11036 or the Philippine Mental Health Law; "Chapter V: Education, Promotion of Mental Health in Educational Institutions and in the Workplace, as stated in Section 25: Mental Health Promotion and Policies in the Workplace - Employers shall develop appropriate policies and programs on mental health in the workplace designed to: raise awareness on mental health issues, correct the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health conditions, identify and provide support for individuals at risk, and facilitate access of individuals with mental health conditions to treatment and psychosocial support."

Know the Differences Between the Three (3) Unyte Programs: Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP); Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP); and Integrated Listening System (ILS).

Our Provider is trained and certified by Unyte Health with the SSP and the RRP; but not the ILS. He believes that ILS is for Registered Occupational Therapists and/or Physical Therapists.

Our Provider is granted 25 SSP and 5 RRP; for Limited Clients only.

Traumatic things hurt, they are hard bd can take us down for some time, but being alone in those excruciating moments is what hurts ongoing.

Not being able to gel because things are swept away, ignored or denied. Acknowledging the trauma, validating its hurts and coming along side anyone, including our children is what creates a way to heal.

Be Aware!!!
To my fellow Mental Health Professionals:
Don't be manipulated and/or deceived by these Narcissistic Individuals, for the sake of innocent and vulnerable victims.
Don't let them weaponized our work (any interventions) as Mental Health Professionals against their vulnerable victims. And, for Social Workers handling Adoption and Custody Cases.
This can be re - traumatizing to the side of the victim. Lets us make a truly safe place for these innocent and vulnerable victims of the Narcissistic.
For the Victims:
Look for a Trauma - informed and/or Polyvagal - informed Practitioner to properly address your concerns, issues and/or problems that is trained, experienced and competent especially in detecting lies, manipulation, deception and coercive control.

On the other hand, when individuals feel secure, balanced, and content, they contribute positively—building trust, maintaining relationships, and upholding laws.
In short, personal well-being isn't just a private matter; it directly shapes the harmony and progress of the entire society.
