caption: We all know that breastmilk is the golden milk for our baby. When I was a child , I always ask my mom, "dumede po ba ako sa inyo?" , and she said "no". There I realize maybe that is why when I grow up , ako ang "batang laki sa hospital" . That is why when I knew that I was pregnant I said to myself that I will breastfeed my child.

Even though it was really hard and so much pain to start a breastfeeding , I still do it for him. ika nga nila from Pain to Gain. Now I can see the changes of a breastfeed baby. He is know like incredible hulk as his pediatrician said because since day one, he is so healthy and incredicle 🥰😂

caption: As we knew that I was pregnant, my husband told me I should breastfeed my child. He began to buy some things needed to start it. From there,I felt the fear na and started to ask myself; "baka wala akong gatas like ng iba masayang lahat ng binili m , baka ndi ko kayanin ang pain, baka mapuyat ako, baka matuyot ako, baka hindi na magkasya ang mga damit ko dahil lalaki cia, baka pumangit ang katawn ko, baka kapg may ngipin na cia kagatin nia" and madmi pang baka as in..

But as my husband and family support me from the day one na nanganak ako, I started to feel kakayanin ko para sa knla. My husband is really one of the person who really efforted in this. Kahit sabhin ng nurse hindi pedeng iroom in si baby at pipurma cia dhil covid, he did it so that my baby will have my colostrum. And from that day, he never fails to support me. There I knew famikybsupport is very important to start breastfeeding. Now, he says "Bravo mama" for having so much milk for joaquine

caption: As a nurse, its very challenging to have a child this pandemic. First, we think of the financial since mas mahal mangank nowadays, second we are afraid on the virus that our child can have katapos manganak. Yan ang mga delema ng mga mommies. And we as a frontliners, there is a third delema, how can we breastfeed our child if we are working in the hospital? As a first time mom I dont know what to do.. But as I asked other co-workers who is having same senario.I knew what to do and continue to do it for my child.

with proper hand washing, and handling of milk, I can do it.
I promote breastfreding for all the moms out there especially frontliners. kht asan man po tau, we always need to think the right food to have the good nutrients for our child.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank also my co-workers for giving me the time always to have my collecting milk time 🥰 (team carol)
