The Primary Care Facility of Municipality of San Fernando proudly announces the successful conduct of the Data Quality Check (DQC) for the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) held at the Municipal Hall Conference Room yesterday, September 26, 2025.
📊 This whole-day activity, led by the DOH-CVCHD DQC Team in close coordination with our Municipal Health Office, aimed to ensure accuracy, reliability, and completeness of our health data from January–August 2025.
👏 We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Midwives handling barangays, Nurses, Sanitary Inspectors, PhilPEN Point Person, Municipal Dentist, Mental Health Point Person and the entire health team for their dedication and cooperation throughout the process. Your hard work is vital in making sure that our health programs and services are guided by accurate and quality data.
