I would like to expose a situation. If your children (or grandchildren) don’t learn to play with children with special needs at school, maybe you should spend 10 minutes tonight explaining it to them.

Because, although they don't currently live with these children at school, they will find them in their lives for sure.

In light of recent events regarding the exclusion of a child with autism from attending a school trip and a child with Down Syndrome being expelled from dance class because she couldn't keep up with it, I feel the need to share this.

There are boys and girls that no one invites to birthday parties. There are special children who want to be part of a team but are not selected because it's more important to win than to include these children.

Kids with special needs aren't weird, they just want what everyone wants: to be accepted!

Can I ask a question? Is there anyone willing to copy and paste this post on their wall without sharing it, like I did, for all the special children out there? 🙏

Please teach your children to be kind to these beautiful children!

COVID-19 infection still exists and is spreading. In Central Luzon, there are a total of 1,027 new cases reported from May 14 to 20, 2023. Five of these cases are considered severe and critical cases with Zero deaths verified during the past week. Healthcare utilization rates are still considered low at 18% for non-ICU bed utilization, and 9% for ICU bed utilization.

The public is reminded and encouraged to continuously practice the minimum public health standards, such as:
a. frequent hand washing;
b. responsible adherence to isolation protocols and management;
c. active involvement in improving the access and uptake of COVID-19 vaccination (primary dose/s, 1st, and 2nd boosters);
d. responsible physical distancing;
e. strategic wearing of face mask which may be as follows:
e.1 voluntary wearing of face mask: in open-spaces and non-crowded outdoor areas with good ventilation; partially and unvaccinated individuals, high-risk individuals (senior citizens and immunocompromised individuals) are strongly encouraged to wear their well-fitted masks and continue to observe 1-meter physical distancing; and
e.2 mandatory wearing of face mask: for indoor private and public establishments, including in public transportation, and outdoor settings where physical distancing cannot be maintained.
