Patient concerns:
❎️Deviated bridge
❎️Underprojected tip
❎️Asymmetry

We had consultation for several weeks regarding her concerns until her surgery. Patient goals:
➡️Higher Bridge (kabogera daw 😆)
➡️Small projected tip
➡️Corrected deviation

Procedure done:
✅️Removal of silicone implant
✅️Septal cartilage harvest and Septal Extension Graft
✅️Tip plasty using harvested Ear cartilage
✅️Dorsal augmentation using Goretex

Masculine Structural Goretex Septorhinoplasty with PCL Mesh.

Patient also had deviated septum, combined harvested nasal septum and PCL was used to correct the deviation.
