October 10 is World Mental Health Awareness Day—a day for us to come together and support one another.

This year’s theme emphasizes the link between mental health and the workplace, urging us to create safe and supportive environments for all. Our workplace is not only where we work but also where we learn and pursue our goals.

We proudly wear the green ribbon! Green symbolizes renewal, growth, and fresh starts, it represents HOPE. In 1949, the National Mental Health Association designated green as the official color for mental health, connecting it with nature, which promotes relaxation and recovery. (Asher,2023)

This World Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s work together to break the stigma, foster a culture of support, and create healthier spaces for everyone. 💚
