Since June 2023, the clinical pharmacy service at the Medical ICU has been dedicated to improving patient care by providing specialized medication management. Clinical Pharmacists work closely with the ICU team to ensure precise dosing, monitor for adverse effects, and optimize therapies for critically ill patients. This service enhances patient safety, improves treatment outcomes, and supports the multidisciplinary approach to intensive care.
