Isinagawa ang programa sa pakikipagtulungan ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region I at ng Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bauang, La Union, katuwang ang ASHER Training and Assessment Center Inc. bilang training provider.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa Office of the Mayor, Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), at Gender and Development (GAD) Office ng LGU Bauang sa kanilang pakikipagtulungan at mahalagang suporta sa pagsasagawa ng pagsasanay.
